I had a wonderful stay at this secluded villa. the spacious bedroom and bathroom were comfortable, and I loved relaxing on the veranda. the pool was perfect for swimming laps, and the view of the pond was beautiful. the owner provided excellent service with a smile and the breakfast, lunch, and dinner were the best I've had in Sri Lanka. I couldn't have asked for a better experience at Vimanra Udawalawa. Cons: Couldn't fault ⭐️.

I had such a delightful stay at Vimanra Udawalawa. The guest house was incredibly restful and the owner went above and beyond to ensure our every need was taken care of. The highlight was definitely the exceptional pool and the incredible food. Over the course of our 4-day stay, we enjoyed a variety of delicious local dishes that surprised and delighted us. The guest house is nestled in a beautiful garden filled with diverse trees and plants, and the fast flowing irrigation canal attracts a wide array of birds. Highly recommended for a unique and peaceful experience!
I must mention that finding the place at night was a bit challenging, even with the signs along the road. Additionally, the TVs in the rooms didn't work, although that wasn't a major issue for us.

The hotel had a beautiful garden and the surrounding area was pretty interesting. We had access to the river and that was pretty cool. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel was far from the city and we had a difficult time finding transportation to the city from the hotel. We were really disappointed by the lack of entertainment and amenities, there was not much to do except to sit in the garden and enjoy the view.

We had a lovely romantic escape at a hotel near Udawalawa. the hotel was beautifully designed and decorated, creating a peaceful and relaxing ambiance. the pool located next to a river was a highlight, providing a stunning backdrop for our getaway. the staff arranged a fantastic safari for us, with a knowledgeable driver who made the experience unforgettable. We also enjoyed the delicious and generous portions of food served during our stay.
The Wi-Fi was rather slow and unreliable, making it difficult to browse the internet effectively. even though the room was advertised as soundproof, we could still hear noise from other guests and the dining area.
